Soaker on the way for Friday and Saturday

Clouds moving in this afternoon and tonight will wring out a soaking rain on Friday and Saturday, according to AccuWeather.

Today will be a partly sunny day with a high near a lovely 66 degrees. Good day to go outside and undecorate from Halloween before the storm arrives overnight tonight.

Showers are expected to start dripping after midnight tonight and will turn into a super soaker on Friday and Saturday. Rain total amounts could reach an inch. There’s also a chance of a thunderstorm or two thrown in just to make the weather even more interesting.

The breeze will start to be more noticeable as the day goes on and expected to kick up a notch over the next two days. Our region could see wind gusts up to 25 mph on Saturday.

Everything calms down for Sunday when it will be sunny and near 53 degrees.
