Kanpur: Chambal sanctuary to offer cruises
TNN | Nov 1, 2018, 10:49 ISTKANPUR: Tourists visiting National Chambal Sanctuary in Etawah can soon take a cruise in a motorboat in the Chambal river.
The forest department, in coordination with the Society for Conservation of Nature, will start cruise services from November 9 to promote eco-tourism in the sanctuary.
Chief minister Yogi Adityanath had recently announced that the sanctuary would be developed to boost eco-tourism in the region.
The cruise service will be available at three junctions, said a senior forest department official.
