He touched down at Melbourne airport on Tuesday ahead of his highly-anticipated speaking tour, hosted by Channel Nine's Richard Wilkins.

And it appears Charlie Sheen, 53, may be yet to kick the jet lag as he was spotted looking tired as he filmed an Ultra Tune commercial in the Victoria capital on Thursday.

The former Two and a Half Men star, who is set to open up about his TV career, sex, alcohol, drugs and his battle with HIV, was helped off a yacht by two male assistants during the shoot.

Earlier, Charlie was spotted enjoying a lengthy water break mid-shoot.

As the US star rested on a chair, his energy levels appeared to plummet as he was seen briefly shutting his eyes seconds after he rubbed his face wearily.

Clad in a blue and white nautical ensemble, Charlie looked every inch the relaxed boater as he reclined on a plush lounge with a fishing rod in his hand.

Earlier this week, Charlie was seen with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth moments after he arrived at Melbourne Airport on Tuesday.

Hiding his famous visage behind a pair of sunglasses, the star looked worse-for-wear as he strode through the terminal.

The comedian was flanked by a security guard, who was also puffing on an unhealthy cigarette.

In his upcoming speaking tour, the embattled star is set to provide a no-holds-barred look into his TV career, sex, alcohol, drugs and his battle with HIV.

The controversial actor was once the highest paid TV star before being booted off Two and a Half Men and replaced by Ashton Kutcher in 2011.

In June 2016, Charlie admitted he was concentrating on working out and eating better. He said at the time: 'Now it's exercise, diet. I don't go on benders, I don't drink as much.'
