A pit bull has been filmed attacking a Siberian husky at a pet show in Thailand as both were being judged in the arena.

At the show, in Chiang Mai on Sunday, the people who filmed the doggy duel said: 'Handlers had difficulty releasing the dogs.

'Neither sustained serious injuries.

'Vets were nearby and stopped the bleeding, saying the husky would be fine,' they added.

The pit bull goes for the head of the husky. On hand vets said neither of the dogs sustained serious injuries at the show in Chiang Mai on Sunday

Last week, a Canadian family's beloved husky had to be put down after being attacked by two other dogs.

Sharon Clow let out her daughter Samantha's 13-year-old lab-husky mix Louie, when she heard the pet yelp, the Guardian newspaper of Charlotte Town, Prince Edward Island, reported.

When she got back to the door, she saw two pit bulls attacking Louie.

'I tried to hit them with my cane, but they would not let go,' she said.
