World Vegan Day 2018: Vegans celebrate November 1 as vegan day across globe

On November 1, vegetarians all over the world celebrate World Vegan Day every year. The event was established in the year 1994 by Louise Wallis, the then Chairman of The Vegan Society in the UK to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the organisation. World Vegan Day is celebrated around the world through exhibitions, seminars, public debates, workshops among others. On this day, people across the globe discuss healthy lifestyle, share ideas and sensitize their family and friends.
