HYDERABAD: IT minister KT Rama Rao is making use of the lyrics of a song to urge people to be on the TRS’ side in the elections. “If you vote for the Congress and by chance it comes to power, there will once again be power cuts and all that people will get is just six hours of power supply. It will be going back to the past,” K T Rama Rao said at a public meeting that he addressed in Achampet.
“I watched a movie recently and the lyrics of the song are appropriate here,” KT Rama Rao said recalling “Aa Gattunnuntava Naganna, Ee Gattukosthava”. The song is from the Ram Charan Tej-starrer “Rangasthalam”. The lyrics are about asking people whether they would be on this side of the bund or the other side and makes comparisons on which is better.
It is not the first time that KTR is asking people to decide on what they will do in the elections by quoting lyrics of a song. He has been doing it at many places during his election tour to different places.
