Talasani Srinivas Yadav, minister in the caretaker Telangana government, called upon party workers to drive out Andhra Pradesh intelligence officers if they come across them, and “complications” arising out of it would be “taken care of”.
Addressing a meeting of Yadav community in Gajwel on Tuesday, Mr Srinivas Yadav has alleged that members in the Mahakutami will surely land behind bars. “The Congress was left at the mercy of Telugu Desam Party (TDP). Telangana Jana Samithi (TJS) led by Kodandaram will not get even deposits in the elections. Even if someone from TDP wins, they will join TRS later,” he said.
Another minister in the caretaker government T. Harish Rao said Yadav community will stand alongside Pandavas in Mahabharatha as they will ensure that justice prevails. “Congress, TDP and TJS represent Kauravas and they are working under the leadership of AP Chief Minister and TDP president N. Chandrababu Naidu. We trust the people of Telangana and will work for them till the end. Gajwel is ahead of other constituencies and achieved about 30 years of development in just four years. We have offered tickets to four members from the community,” he said.
Earlier in the day, Mr. Yadav welcomed leaders from different parties into TRS. the Minister participated in a programme in Siddipet where leaders from different parties joined the TRS. Informing that water would be supplied for irrigation by next monsoon, he said that Siddipet constituency will be a model for other constituencies in development and industries would be established here on about 400 acres.
