Having specialized in industrial relations and labour laws for more than two and a half decades, Mr. Sharma is associated with many reputed national and multi-national companies for maintaining industrial peace and growth. And, his cordial relationship with the trade unions and labour authorities has always helped the business world in bridging the gap between employers and employees and developing a harmonious relationship between the two.
The Employees Provident Fund & MP Act always remain Mr. Sharma’s favorite subject, and he has been suggesting changes to the Employees Fund Organization from time to time besides enlightening the members about their rights and privileges available under this Act. He has very close association with Labour Laws Institute, a Charitable Trust, which organizes programme on Labour related laws like Maternity Benefit Act, Employees Provident Fund & MP Act, ESI Act, Apprentices Act, Anti-Sexual Harassment at Workplace, and have been frequently addressing a large number of participants who come from all across the country
Apart from holding various reputed positions in the IR and Labour Laws spheres, Mr. Sharma is the Vice Chairman of Advocates Welfare Association and Justice (AWAAJ), President of Shakti Educational & Cultural Society, and the Hony General Secretary of the Association of Industries and Institutions registered under Societies Registration Act. This Association comprises members from industries on the Pan-India level besides institutions like hospitals, schools, and charitable societies. Its role is to provide outreach services to the needy and deserving people by spreading of education and enlightening them with their healthy living
Serving the society and helping the underprivileged sections is the life motto of Advocate Sharma. His activities and contributions are not restricted to industries; since he is committed to working with oppressed and marginalized people of the society by helping the aspirant students to continue their studies with financial support, counseling, and other means. He is also organizing tracking and expedition camp with the NCC unit of Delhi University since 2003
Being a key member of the Association of Advocates, Mr. Sharma passionately devotes his time and knowledge to strengthen the judicial system, and working for the welfare of its members, their families, and the general public at large.
