VOLLEYBALL: Sophie Pawlak helps lead Westport in regular-season finale

The playoff-bound Westport High School volleyball team completed its regular season on Monday by defeating Bristol Plymouth 3-0 (23-18-22) in a Mayflower Athletic Conference match in Taunton.

Sydney Pacheco (18 assists), Sophie Pawlak (4 blocks, 6 kills, 3 aces) and Kyleigh Finglass (5 aces, 2 kills) were among the top stat posters for the Wildcats (11-9, 11-7 for playoff purposes).

Dartmouth 3, Case 2: At Dartmouth, the Cardinals (13-7) finished their regular season with this 15-25, 25-15, 16-25, 25-8, 15-13 loss.

Madyson Medeiros (30 digs) and Amber Arruda (11 kills, 5 blocks) were among Case's top players.
