Grey, has acquired amajority stake in Bengalurubased independent
digital agency Autumn Worldwide to increase its digital footprint in India.
Michael Houston, worldwide CEO of Grey Group, said, “This acquisition represents another step forward in building our borderless creativity and providing seamless solutions for our clients across platforms.”
Founded in 2005 by Anusha Shetty and Abhay Rajankar, Autumn has over 165 employees across three offices and it has clients like PepsiCo, Reckitt Benckiser, Samsonite,
PVR Cinemas,
Tata Salt and
Raymond, among others.
Earlier this year, Yashaswini Samat who used to lead Grey’s biggest client, P&G for the AMEA region, also took on the role of chairman for Grey India.
