Paris, one of four children, died in hospital three days later on June 11.

In an emotional interview with Nine News, Sandy Kamper recalled the last moments she spent with her daughter.

Speaking to journalist Peter Overton, Ms Kamper said she was allowed to stay by her daughters side for two nights in hospital before they decided to turn off the machines.

Tears streamed down Ms Kamper's face as she explained how she had lost her free-spirited and horse-loving daughter 'forever'.

'It was a forever decision,' she said.

The 15-year-old suffered a massive heart attack and was brought back to life by paramedics, but was left brain dead.

Paris found the alcohol recipe, which contained at least half a litre of vodka, on Instagram. Mr Kamper likened the concoction to 'poison'.

'Our children are under assault, they are being swamped with social media, they are seeing things they shouldn't see and often what they see on their is louder than your voice as a parent,' she said.

The grieving mother was supported by her two older children, Olivia and Ryan.

On the day Paris died, Olivia said she had spent an 'amazing' day with her sister.

The pair had been horse riding before settling in to watch television in the evening.

Paris had become bored and went to play with the dogs outside.

'I didn't hear from her for a little while so I tried to go looking for her and then we found her, in the paddock. She was lifeless,' Olivia said.

The family said want Paris' death to serve as a reminder of the dangers of excessive drinking.

Ms Kamper has built a garden where Paris collapsed in her memory.
