Dream of a time when Indian presidents, PMs will be sworn-in on Vedas: Satya Pal Singh
Union Minister of State for Human Resource Development Satya Pal Singh, who once tried to dispel Darwin’s theory of evolution, again made headlines on Wednesday. Singh said he dreams of a day when presidents and prime ministers in India will take an oath of office on a copy of the Vedas just like US presidents take an oath on Bible.
