Two missing kids found at railway station

CHANDIGARH: The two Class V students, who had gone missing on Thursday, had left their homes to go to another town as they were weak in studies but dropped their plan at the last minute, police said after finding them at the railway station in the early hours of Friday.
Pawan Kumar, DSP, said the two boys, 9 and 10, both students of a government senior secondary school, had not returned to their homes by 5pm on Thursday. Their school bags and uniform were found in the forest area of Raipur Khurd. Police teams were sent to Mansa Devi temple, Sai temple, Sector 17 bus stand and ISBT, Sector 43, and forest area near Nada Sahib. The jungle was searched by around 40 cops till 11[m but no clues were found. Police later found them at the railway station.
In their statement, the boys said they planned to leave their homes owing to their poor scores in subjects. After dumping their bags and uniform at the forest, both had gone to the railway station. They were later handed over to their parents.
