The safety convention, organised by Western Railway Mazdoor Sangh (WRMS), concluded on Thursday in which over 600 railway employees learned safety measures while performing railway operations. The convention was inaugurated by DRM RN Sunkar, general secretary JG Mahurkar, senior electricity engineer LS Tomar, commercial manager Sunil Meena, engineer Vaibhav Saklecha, WRMS president Shareef Khan by lighting up candles and garlanding the portrait of goddess Saraswati.
Branch secretary BL Suryvanshi said that while addressing the convention Sunkar underlined the importance of every railway employee in railways’ operations. WRMS general secretary JG Mahurkar told that no accident should take place due to our mistakes, and this will increase belief of lakhs of passengers and businessmen on railways. WRMS president Shareef Khan appreciated decisions taken by DRM Sunker in the interest of the thousands of railway employees and labourers.
Secretary BK Garg highlighted on the activities of Ratlam Railway Mandal. During the safety convention Chaitanya Choudhary, Manakchand Patil, Narendra Sehgal, Amarjeet Kumar, Surendra Sijariya and Sanjay Jha also shared their views. Jaswinder Singh, Abhilash Nagar, Shekh Jameel, Sanajy Solanki, Ashok Mehara and Nitesh Raman were also present during the programme. The programme was conducted by SK Yadav and gratitude was expressed by BL Suryavanshi.
