Snap Loses Users but Wrings More Money From Those Who Stayed

Revenue beats analysts forecast, marking the most money the company has made in a quarter

Snap Inc. on Thursday said revenue rose 43% in the third quarter, but its number of users declined as the company recovers from a poorly received redesign.

The $297.70 million in revenue that Snap recorded exceeded the forecast of $283 million from analysts polled by FactSet, and marked the most money the company has ever made in a quarter.
