McLaren Teases Collaboration With Mystery British Brand

McLaren has dropped a teaser image previewing a collaboration it’s forged with a mystery British brand.

The image, published on Twitter, shows the rear fascia of a McLaren 570GT and is joined by a short spiel about the vehicle.

“We’re excited to reveal our collaboration with an iconic British brand. A new dimension of style, design and innovation is coming soon…#collaboration,” the Twitter post reads.

Left untouched, the teaser offers no clear answer to what McLaren has up its sleeve. However, after running the teaser through Photoshop and increasing the brightness, we noticed a male model in the foreground. This suggests that the collaboration is likely one with a British fashion label.

If that’s the case, it’s not hard to imagine what the collaboration may deliver. Perhaps the most obvious thing would be a set of bespoke luggage that’s been designed for the McLaren range, in particular the 570GT. Additionally, it is possible that the collaboration will see the 570GT’s interior get some unique leather work.

Whatever the case may be, the collaboration will inevitably only benefit those lucky enough to own a McLaren vehicle.

Expect to hear more about the collaboration in the near future. In the meantime, McLaren will unveil the long-awaited Speedtail on October 26.
