In addition to this, WhatsApp has a Stickers Store in its app whereby users can download 12 new sticker packs for free. The Sticker feature can be accessed from WhatsApp Web as well once the app is updated to the latest beta version.
In case you are a beta tester here is how you can use WhatsApp’s new Sticker feature.
First up, update the app to its latest version 2.18.329 for Android. The app once updated, open any chat in your WhatsApp account and tap on the emoji button that you will see on the left side of the chat bar. Once the emoji template is open, you will see a sticker icon on the right side at the bottom bar.
There is a dedicated Sticker Category that you can access by tapping the + icon at the top and select the available stickers. The Stickers category has 12 sticker packs including Cuppy by Minseung Song, Bibimbap Friends by Pete Ellison, Biscuit by Ghostbot etc.

In addition, there is a favourite tab which can be used to mark the favourite stickers by tapping on the star option once you select a favourite sticker. There is a history tab as well that shows all the previously used stickers in one template. While the feature is available both on Android and iOS platform, users should keep in note that to get the new Sticker feature they need to update WhatsApp version 2.18.329 or later for Android.
WhatsApp is currently working three new features- Vacation mode, Silent mode and Linked account, as per WABetaInfo report. The features are expected to be made available on Android, iOS and Windows Phone mobile platforms in the coming days.
