A mausoleum with sea front views has hit the market for around $500,000 in a rare offer.
The sandstone duplex at Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park in Matraville, in Sydney, has enough room for eight residents and overlooks picturesque Botany Bay.
Enzo Sgambellone and his two cousins bought the hot property, but Mr Sgambellone has made the decision to sell the right half of it.

'It's time to move on because there's not that many of us left,' he told Nine News Sydney.
Five members of his family are interred in the left half, counting his parents.
Though Mr Sgambellone's wife and children have made it known they don't want to follow likewise.
Mr Sgambellone for his part, still plans for it to be his final resting place.
'I'll be going to the top floor,' he told reporters, pointing to the top tier of the mausoleum.
Selling agent Tim O'Mara told Real Estate it was the second mausoleum he's offered in 40 years.
'There are some very odd categories we work in and this is the most unique of them all.'

He said the site is currently on offer for sale via an expression of interest campaign.
He added it had a nice external area, though the interior would need a few touch-ups.
Recent sales of mausoleums include a 10-person vault at Botany Cemetery that fetched $562,500.
On top of that, a 16-person mausoleum at Rookwood Cemetery pulled in $567,735.
