Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are on a 16-day tour which will see them travel to New Zealand, Tonga and then back to Australia. On their latest stop in Tonga, the Duchess was seen wearing a striking red dress from the label Self Portrait. Markle, who is known to turn heads with her sartorial picks, looked rather radiant and as always, she pulled off the outfit with elan. But she also made a minor fashion faux pas this time.
She forgot to take notice of the label that was hanging from her dress as she walked along a red carpet with Prince Harry at the Fua’amotu Airport in Nuku’alofa, the country’s capital.

Making a minor fashion faux pas is not a big deal, but carrying any outfit flawlessly with grace and a winning smile is royal. And the Duchess did just that!
The Duchess donned the $628 dress to match it with the colour of the Tongan flag and pay her respect to Tonga and its people. She carried a Christian Dior Clutch and wore a gorgeous pair of Manolo Blahnik BB pumps to accompany the dress.
Earlier, the newlyweds were spotted at an event in Fiji before attending a state dinner hosted by the President of the South Pacific nation Jioji Konrote. The Duchess picked a Fijian blue gown from luxury ready-to-wear and demi-couture clothing brand Safiyaa for the occasion, and like always, she dressed to impress.
Cradling her baby bump, Meghan warmed a million hearts. The floor-length gown that came with a cape accentuated her svelte frame. Trust the Duchess to pull off a cape gown and make it look equal parts royal and cool.
