But it seems that Cassandra Wood is putting the heartache behind her.

The 24-year-old blonde beauty admitted on Thursday that she's 'in a good place' after being dumped by the former Wallabies star, 31.

'I finally feel like I'm in a good place,' Cassandra told The Daily Telegraph.

The publication reports that Cassandra was asked if she had spoken to Nick since the finale aired and paused, before saying that she's been 'focusing' on herself.

'I've just been kind of focusing on myself and making sure I'm happy,' Cassandra said.
