The dedicated Australian health practitioner who is based in Los Angeles credits her plant-based lifestyle for the glowing skin and bountiful amounts of energy she has each day. 

And that means her fridge is stocked full of frozen fruits, seasonal vegetables, probiotics and smoothie ingredients.

'You can always find lots of greens like spinach, kale, zucchini, and mint (to add flavour to salads and smoothies),' she said, after sharing the contents of her fridge with Sporteluxe.

'We are coming into fall [in the US] so right now, there is an abundance of squash in my fridge. I love to roast all types of squash and add it to my buddha bowls, smoothies and energy bites.

She also keeps plenty of healthy liquids like coconut water, green juice and iced tea in there to 'keep hydration fun', as well as apple cider vinegar, turmeric shots and probiotics 'for gut health'.

The only thing in the appliance that would be suitable as a 'treat' or special occasion is the bottle of rosé she keeps in the fridge.

Speaking about some of the more radical wellness foodie trends she has tried on the market, Ms Grieve said she dabbled with IV vitamin drips, activated charcoal pills and CBD-infused oils. 

'I just started adding moringa powder to my daily smoothies. A super-green 'miracle tree' with powerful antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. It's packed with double the protein and iron of spinach,' she explained.

While keeping your fridge wholesome may seem like a chore, Ms Grieve said the decision to do so is an easy one.

'The choices you make in the grocery store will decide how you feel. Do you want to feel vibrant, energized and alive? Eat LOTS of plants,' she wrote on Instagram under an image of herself at the grocery store Whole Foods.

'Try pure celery juice on an empty stomach every morning to reduce inflammation & heal your body,' she offered as a helpful tip.
