PITTSBURGH, Oct. 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Flatbed truck drivers have a very labor intensive job loading, hauling and unloading cargo. Fortunately, an inventor from Gretna, La., has found a way to lighten their load and save time, as well.
He developed a prototype for SUPERDOM to speed up the process of rewinding the cargo straps of a flatbed truck by guiding the straps evenly during rewinding. What's more it is safe, sturdy, practical and easy to use. Besides saving caves considerable time and effort, it reduces hand stress and fatigue for the driver. In addition, it is convenient, effective and affordably priced.
The inventor's experience on the job inspired the idea. "As a flatbed truck driver, I often waste time and effort wrapping up the cargo straps evenly after delivering a load, particularly when they're wet," he said, "and wanted a way to streamline the process."
