TN govt begins registration for participants at GIM expo

CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu government has commenced registration for participants at an exhibition to be held during the Global Investors’ Meet (GIM), scheduled to be held in Chennai on January 23 and 24.
The second edition of the Global Investors’ Meet will be held at Chennai Trade Centre in Nandambakkam.
“The registration has commenced for participation in the exhibition, which will project 12 leading focus sectors such as automobile, auto components, food processing, agri business, renewable energy and electronics and hardware,” said an official release.
Investors and delegates from national and multinational companies, organisations and diplomats will participate at the GIM.
More than 250 stalls would showcase the products and services of investors and partner countries, the release said.
The last date for registration is November 15. The space for exhibition will be provided free of charge. A committee constituted for this purpose will select the applicants and allot space.
Registration can also be made online on www.tngim.com.
