Insta-famous star Allaina Jones (pictured) has narrowly escaped time behind bars

The Insta-famous girlfriend of an ex-bikie has narrowly escaped jail after she expressed remorse for a shocking road rage attack.

Allaina Jones, also known online as Allaina Vader, pleaded guilty to six charges including common assault, drug possession and traffic offences when she appeared in Southport Magistrates Court, on Tuesday.

Jones, 28, the girlfriend of former Hells Angels bikie Ben Geppert was sentenced to three months in prison, which was suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay $1000 compensation to the female victim, the Gold Coast Bulletin reported.

CCTV footage of the savage assault was played in court, which happened at a Robina traffic island on May 16 this year.

The court heard Jones' BMW swerved around a Honda CRV and crossed into the bike lane on Robina Parkway.

The female Honda motorist got out of the car and approached Jones' vehicle when they stopped at traffic lights.

The shocking CCTV showed the women wrestling on the traffic island and Jones punched the woman in the face and stomping on her before returning to her car.

Jones' solicitor Martin Longhurst said the footage did not show the woman was pulling on his client's hair.

'She was giving as good as she got,' he said.

He added that his client regretted stomping on the woman.

The court also heard Vader was found with cannabis during a raid on her Robina home and a glass pipe eight days after the road rage attack.

Magistrate Pamela Dowse told the court she would have sentenced Vader to prison if she had not shown remorse.

She described the incident as 'unacceptable in the extreme.'

'I don't think that women should be doing this kind of thing,' Ms Dowse said.

Vader refused to comment on the verdict as she left court.

Jones is known for her large following on Instagram, along with Geppert before he recently deleted his account.

Jones and Geppert were involved in a social media feud earlier this year with former Bandidos bikie Brett Pechey and his girlfriend Rikki Sutton, who is Ms Jones' cousin.
