The Yeelight Smart LED Bulb has been made available in two variants, colour and tunable white.
Xiaomi backed lighting solutions company Yeelight has launched four products in India, including two smart bulbs, a smart lamp and a light strip. All the products are currently available exclusively on Amazon India. The products namely Yeelight Smart LED Bulb (colour), Yeelight Aurora Lightstrip Plus, Yeelight Candela Lamp and Yeelight Smart LED Bulb (tunable white) are priced at Rs 2,799, Rs 3,999, Rs 4,999 and Rs 2,499, respectively.
The Yeelight Smart LED Bulb has been made available in two variants, colour and tunable white. As the names suggest the coloured variant of the bulb can switch between multiple light spectrums changing the colour of the emitted light to the desired one. The tunable white variant can only change the amount of white light it emits, making it brighter and lighter on the user’s commands.
Yeelight Aurora Lightstrip Plus is a light strip, which can create 16 million colours and also has music sync support. The light is extendable up to 10 metres and features Yeelight app’s remote control functionality, which lets users’ control the lights anywhere anytime.
Lastly, the Yeelight Candela Lamp is a portable smart lamp, which comes with a 2,100mAh battery that the company claims will provide back-up of up to 8 hours on a single charge. It features the BLE Mesh technology, allowing users to connect several lamps at once. This product comes with a ‘Candle Flicker Effect’, which makes the LED lamp resemble an actual candle during the time it is switched on.
All of the above smart lights can be controlled with a smartphone or a tablet. Additionally, users’ can control these via voice assistants like the Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. All the Yeelight smart lights come with Wi-Fi support, adjustable colours and temperature. The company has said that these smart lights come with an advanced dimming algorithm and professional optical simulation, which creates a good quality lighting experience.
