Woolworths will again change its baby formula limit after footage emerged of dozens of customers queuing for the in-demand product during a buying frenzy.
The supermarket giant will slash the number of tins its customers can buy from eight to two as of next week.
Woolworths announced the measure after 50 people carrying cardboard boxes were filmed impatiently lining up to purchase formula at one of their Melbourne supermarkets on Sunday.
In August, the grocery chain opted to increase their customer purchase limit from two to eight tins per person, after claiming they were consistently trying to meet the demand.

Bulk buying of baby formula has been a significant issue in Australia, with countless parents unable to purchase formula for their children.
Baby formula is a lucrative market, with some people earning in excess of $100,000 per year after shipping off tins to willing buyers in China.
'We can confirm from next week the baby formula limit will revert to two tins per transaction,' a Woolworths spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia on Tuesday.
'We'll closely monitor our on-shelf availability and feedback from customers as we make this adjustment.

'We will communicate this limit to our store teams and ensure our customers are advised by displaying signs in our stores.'
Footage uploaded to Reddit last weekend captured dozens of shoppers queuing at a Woolworths Chadstone store, in Melbourne's south-east.
'There was a line from one end of the supermarket to the other full of people carrying boxes of baby formula,' Reddit user BeBa420, who shared the clip, wrote.
Another viewer said they 'had no idea it was this bad' after watching the footage, with a second saying they were 'dumbfounded' some shoppers are still surprised by repeated bulk purchases.
