The shameless behaviour of an elderly man on Sydney's trains has angered early morning commuters once again.

He took up six seats on a peak-hour train on Monday morning as he leisurely reclined backwards with his feet on the chair in front of him.

In the image, posted to Reddit, people are seen standing in the aisle of the carriage as the man takes no notice.

The same user posted the image to Twitter, with the caption: 'When will someone stop this man from using and abusing public transport?'

The shameless behaviour of an elderly man on Sydney's trains has angered early morning commuters once again

This is the third time the repeat-offender has been slain online over his behaviour, yet his actions persist.

In May, another woman posted of her experience with the man on Reddit with the caption: 'This guy decided to squish me this morning'.

As she was sitting, the elderly man pushed the train seat forward, trapping her in her seat.

'Hoping I took this guy down a peg but doubt it based on his notoriety. I've never seen someone with such a grudge against society. I think Sydney may have its own super villain,' the woman rote on Reddit.

In February 2016, the man was oblivious to passengers around him and once again had his feet propped up on the chair in front.

To again make himself more comfortable, he's taken his shoes off.

Sydney commuters are growing more and more agitated with the man, who doesn't seem phased by the negative backlash.

In May, another woman posted of her experience with the man on Reddit with the caption: 'This guy decided to squish me this morning'

'He's been busted before, people have called cops and he keeps doing it,' one Reddit user commented.

One woman wrote about how the man spat at her young child and other passers by while at Circular Quay station.

'The train came soon after and he seated himself just like in this picture. A young Asian guy confronted him for how he was seated and he spat at him on the fricken (sic) train. He's an absolute pig,' the woman wrote.

'He was enjoying and smirking at people's reactions.'
