Australian reviews site, Beauty Heaven, have revealed the best foundation in Australia in 2018 according to public reviews - and it only costs $19.95.
The number one formula is the Fit Me! Matte and Poreless Foundation by Maybelline.
79 per cent of reviewers rated the product with four out of five stars.

The Maybelline product is a mattifying foundation that reduces the appearance of pores, controls excess shine and has hundreds of positive reviews.

The number one formula is the Fit Me! Matte and Poreless Foundation from Maybelline
'The formula features micro-powders to absorb oil and blur technology for an airbrushed finish,' it states on the website.
The foundation has been designed to be suitable for normal to oily skin and has 14 shades to choose from.
Reviewers said that due to the multiple colour options it's easy to find one that works for an individual's skin.
'The colour selection is fantastic and I had no problem in finding my perfect shade,' one reviewer said.

Another reviewer said she was shocked by how beautiful her skin looked when she used it and how easy it was to blend.
'It has a medium coverage and adds an airbrushed effect to the skin, my skin looked flawless,' she added.
She also said the foundation has the quality of a high-end formula with a pharmacy price.
'This foundation is totally amazing. I have been wearing it every day for the past week and cannot find a fault,' another user added.

'I hated this product with a passion. I had the right colour for my skin tone, I applied this product like any normal product but within one hour it caked my face from my acne/oily skin,' one person said.

One woman said she'd recommend it to anyone looking for an everyday foundation without any harmful chemicals.
'This foundation powder is everything I want in a foundation. It gives sufficient coverage without looking over the top,' another person said.
One woman said it is now her go-to foundation for everyday use.
'This is amazing. It works really well, covers any red blotchy marks and it is natural so it's good for your skin,' she said.
Not everyone was won over by the product as there was a smattering of one and two star reviews.
'I feel like when I put this on I look like I am 10 years older than I am. My pores are bigger, my fine lines are accentuated, it doesn't cover dark circles and it is very chalky and dry,' one unhappy customer wrote.
