Himachal achieves 66% target in providing LPG connections

The government on Sunday claimed that its 'Grihini Suvidha Yojana' (GSY) has been a success as it has achieved 66 per cent target in five months since its launch on May 26.

The GSY provides liquefied (LPG) connections to the households in the state which were not covered under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjawala LPG connection is being provided also to the families affected by natural disasters.
