Man rapes thirteen years old sister thrice

CHANDIGARH: Police have arrested a 25-year-old man for allegedly raping his 13-year-old sister.
On October 7, the girl called up police helpline 100 to complain that her brother was thrashing her. Cops arrested the accused under preventive measures. The girl was sent to children's home Ashiana, Sector 15.
When officials of the UT Child Welfare Committee were counselling the girl, she told them that her brother had raped her thrice after consuming liquor in the past three months. A report was sent to the SSP, recommending action against the accused.
Police recorded the statement of the girl and conducted her medical examination. The 25-year-old man was arrested.
