This is the shocking moment a man was allegedly brutally beaten in the middle of a notorious party street after attempting to break up an argument.
A man and a woman were allegedly fighting on Hindley St, in Adelaide, at 11.30pm on Saturday when the Good Samaritan intervened.
The couple stopped arguing and allegedly turned on the stranger, police said.

A man and a woman were allegedly fighting on Hindley St, in Adelaide , at 11.30pm on Saturday when the Good Samaritan intervened
In the video, a man can be seen on the ground as a crowd gathered.
A man allegedly then picked the Good Samaritan up by the collar of his shirt, dragged him a few metres and began pummelling him with his fists.
Shortly after, a woman repeatedly kicked the stranger, police allege.
As more people stepped in to break up the attack, the woman allegedly continued to boot him.
The victim received a cut to his eye and facial swelling and sought treatment at hospital, police said.
Another video showed the same woman allegedly punch another person sitting inside a vehicle.
A 26-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man, both from Holden Hill, were each charged with aggravated assault causing harm and have been bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 7 December.
Investigations are continuing.
