Resident thrashed by guard
TNN | Oct 21, 2018, 07:17 ISTNoida: A 26-year-old resident of Eros Sampoornam in Sector 2 was thrashed by six security guards of the society on Saturday over the entry of iron grill into the society.
The resident Dinesh Kaushik, who works for an IT firm, has recently shifted on the 11th floor of the society. On Saturday, he had ordered an iron grill to be fitted in the balcony of his flat. Dev Mishra, a resident of the society said an argument had started between Kaushik and Prashant, a security guard posted at the gate of the society, over the entry of the iron grill.
“I wanted to cover the balcony for safety reasons but the security guard objected to the entry of the iron grill as it first requires a permission from the management of the society,” said Kaushik. On this, Kaushik told the guard that he had taken all the necessary permissions from the maintenance department, but the guard indulged in some verbal fight and after a heated argument, the security guard started thrashing him. Soon, more guards from the society joined him. An FIR has been lodged against Prashant. TNN
