Herald case: Court reserves order on plea seeking to restrain Swamy's tweets

A local court here on Saturday reserved its order on Vora's plea seeking to restrain Bharatiya Subramanian Swamy's tweets on the on-going National Herald case.

The court said that it will record the statement of Swamy in the case on the next date fixed for the hearing.

Swamy had filed a complaint about 'cheating' in the acquisition of (AJL), which published newspaper, by Young Indian, a firm in which Sonia and each own a 38 per cent stake.
