A person was killed while another injured after an LPG gas cylinder exploded in Banganga on Wednesday night. The police have started investigation into the case.  Banganga police station in-charge Indramani Patel said Shajapur resident Ravi, 22, with his friend Vishnu Arya lived in a rented house in Bhagirathpura. On Wednesday morning, cooking gas cylinder exploded as Ravi lit the burner to make tea. One of the room walls caved in, which injured Vishnu. Ravi was rushed to hospital where he died during treatment at 8.30 pm. Vishnu was taken to another hospital by his family member who according to sources is severely injured. Gas leakage caused the mishap. Their room, which lacked ventilator, was locked.
