Iconic Australian film The Castle revolved around the Kerrigan family's beloved home in working-class Coolaroo.
But now, another dwelling from the 1997 hit comedy is up for sale.
An office building in Brunswick, Melbourne - which served as the filming location for character Dennis Denuto's law firm - has been listed on the market for $1.2 million.

The seven-figure sum might have some prospective buyers uttering The Castle's most famous line: 'Tell him, he's dreamin'!'
However, given the its versatile space and central location, agents believe the property will be snapped up in no time.
According to Real Estate, the double-storey dwelling is currently used for retail purposes.
