A Queensland farm resident has dug up a giant stone axe so big experts say only a seven-and-a-half foot tall beast could have picked it up.
Stephanie Berger brought the axe to the Cardwell UFO festival, an event which gives people a chance to showcase strange findings relating to mysterious phenomena.
Mrs Berger said she found the axe while she was cultivating the paddocks on her farm, along with discoveries of other tools and stones, according to the Cairns Post.

'We found this one particular axe handle that was a different type of rock to the others and buried quite deep, and it was huge,' she said.
Rex Gilroy, a key speaker at the forum and an expert in the field of yowies, said only a seven-and-a-half foot tall giant would have been able to fully lift the axe.
'I really do now think it being a yowie would explain it,' Mrs Berger told the Cairns Post.

'There have been heaps of sightings documented up here. Cardwell is the dead centre of a hotspot for unexplained activity all around the area,' she added.
Ms Berger lives on a farm at Ellerbeck Road in Cardwell, Queensland, which was previously owned by her father. It was turned into a cane farm in 1997.
A yowie is one of the names used to refer to an Australian folklore entity and has its roots in Aboriginal oral history.
The yowie is a mythical creature known to live in the Australian outback and is said to be six to seven feet tall on average.
The Australian Yowie Research has previously reported yowie sightings, with its most recent sighting said to be in Mount Jerusalem National Park in New South Wales last August.
