A sexual predator who raped his friend's disabled neighbour claims his trial was 'unfair' because the woman died before she could be interrogated in court.
Fijian national Allen Prasad raped and attacked elderly woman Margaret Eagleton three times, Seven News reported.
Tragically, the New South Wales woman died three months ago from pneumonia without living to see her tormentor put behind bars.
Prasad was found guilty of sexual assault on Tuesday, despite his lawyer protesting that he couldn't cross-interrogate the physically and intellectually impaired woman.

The court heard Prasad told police that he and Ms Eagleton had engaged in consensual kissing and that she wanted to marry him.
Trial advocate for the Director of Public prosecutions John Sfinas argued that Prasad was not fairly tried due to Ms Eagleton's death.
On Tuesday, Judge Armitage accepted Mr Sfinas' argument about Prasad on a legal basis but still found him guilty.
Despite Ms Eagleton's disability, the judge found her 'evidence credible and truthful.
The victim's family told the publication that they were pleased with the outcome and said their sister could finally rest in peace.
'Today we saw justice for Margaret and that was what we wanted,' her brother Guy Eagleton said.
Her sister Colleen Johnson said she was 'very pleased, but just sad, sad fro Margaret'.
Prasad will be sentenced in December.
