AFL WAG Nadia Bartel has given birth to a baby son, Henley Roy.

In a touching Instagram post shared to her page on Wednesday, the 34 year-old was seen cradling the newborn as husband Jimmy gazed adoringly at their bundle of joy.

'Our hearts exploded when Henley Roy Bartel came into the world today weighing 3.98kgs,' she captioned the image.

Flaunting a head of glamourous flowing locks and shiny lipgloss, Nadia appeared impossibly glam while sitting up in her hospital bed.

Meanwhile Jimmy, also 34 sported a full face of dark facial hair as he tenderly caressed his son's cheek.

A little brother for the couple's two year-old Aston, Nadia has heavily documented her second pregnancy with perfect pictures shared across social media every step of the way.

Just 24 hours before the new arrival, she posted a stunning image of burgeoning baby bump in a crop-top and leggings.

But over the weekend, the brunette beauty revealed things aren't going as flawlessly as her followers may believe, revealing she's suffering Symphysis Pubis Disorder.

The condition, which is estimated to effect 1 in 300 pregnant women, occurs when the bones which form the front of the pelvis become unstable.

Revealing her discomfort in a searingly honest Instagram post, she wrote: 'here I am, unable to move, pretty much house bound because every time I stand or take a step I have sharp nerve pain shooting up my front and back, my hips click when I take a step and feel wobbly and ache.

'I waddle and I limp- this is all because of my pelvic girdle pain (also known as pubic symphysis issues PSD) I didn't listen to my body this pregnancy and kept pushing through. The last month has been particularly hard.'

But Nadia continued: 'BUT I am forever grateful to be carrying my little dude and I cannot wait to meet him.'
