Former Bachelor star and personal trainer Sam Wood has defended his fiancee Snezana Markoski after she was branded 'too skinny' by fans on Tuesday.

He hit back at her critics after he posted a video of Snezana working out at home to his Instagram account.

'She's a really healthy happy weight,' Sam wrote in response.

The video showed Snezana showing off her svelte figure in a purple crop top and matching leggings while doing a series of jumping push ups on a couch in the couple's Melbourne home.

The 37-year-old has her brunette locks swept into a high ponytail and breaks out into a light sweat.

The fashion blogger only stops when she hears something crashing onto the floor in the background.

Sam wrote in the post's caption: 'Snez doing today's 28 workout and nearly waking up Willow,' alongside the hashtags 'fitmum', 'trainingathome' and 'noisy'.   

While most followers praised Snezana, writing in the comments 'such a babe' and 'she looks so fit and healthy!' others suggested the brunette has lost too much weight.

'It's great but I think she has lost a lot of weight,' wrote one, while another posted: 'I agree I think she's looking too skinny. Gorgeous lady she doesn't want to look sickly'.

Sam wasted no time in defending his ladylove, responding: 'She's a really happy healthy weight at the moment and has said she doesn't want to lose any more. Just get fitter and stronger.

The personal trainer wrote in part: 'She's a really healthy happy weight at the moment and has said she doesn't want to lose any more'

'She's training hard and eating lots as we are getting married at the end of the year x'.

Snezana who welcomed daughter Willow in October last year, and is also a mother to daughter Eve, 13, from a previous relationship, has spoken about her struggles to get back in shape.   

Speaking to Yahoo Be in August, Snezana revealed that she incorporates Willow into her workouts, sometimes using her as a resistance weight.

'It's great to exercise and be a mum at the same time,' she said.  

Snezana also recently told Woman's Day that she has increased her cardio exercise in the lead up to marrying Sam.

The 2015 Bachelor couple have not announced a date for their nuptials, but fans have been speculating that it could be sooner rather than later.
