With the #MeToo movement feverishly picking up momentum a lot of incidents of sexual harassment are coming out of the closet. 

Amid all this, a video of a woman beating up her alleged assaulter is doing the round in the social

media.

In the video one can see a woman beating up a man black and blue as the public watches.  The man was identified as Devaiyya, a manager at the DHFL loan agency in Nijalingappa extension of the city Davanagare. When the woman approached him asking for a loan of Rs 2 lakhs, he allegedly asked the woman for sexual favours in return of his sanctioning the loan.

Irked by this, the woman took to beating him up with a cane in full public view.  In the video she can be seen slapping and punching the man while holding by the collar.  All the while she continuously rebuked the assaulter in Kannada.

The man was later taken to the nearby woman police station from where he was produced in the court and later put behind bars.
