Bus sex assaults: Do you know these men?

Police have released CCTV images of two men they'd like to speak to after the assaults:

Men wanted over sex assaults on buses

In case you missed it earlier, police are chasing men involved in two separate sex assaults on buses.

In the first, a 17-year-old girl was attacked after boarding a bus on Frawley Road in Hallam just before 2pm on September 17. The man removed the girl's bag from the seat next to her, placed it on her lap, then sexually assaulted her.

In the second assault, a 48-year-old woman was on a bus on Patterson Street in Moonee Ponds around 2pm on October 5 when a man sexually assaulted her. The man followed her off the bus and continued to harass her before she asked for help.

Labor's fast-rail plan

Labor has pledged an extra $100 million to complete planning for the fast rail link from Geelong to Ballarat, just weeks after the Opposition unveiled its own fast regional rail plan.

The new western rail plan includes planning for the full separation of regional and metro services on the Geelong and Ballarat lines. It also includes two new electrified metro lines to Melton and Wyndham Vale with possible new stations.

MIAF: Win tickets to A Quiet Evening of Dance

When William Forsythe breaks a rule, it stays broken. Forsythe has spent his career testing the boundaries of contemporary dance and ballet, making work both physically demanding and conceptually rigorous.

A Quiet Evening of Dance is a suite of four works that showcases his practice. The show is on at the Arts Centre October 17 to 20, as part of the Melbourne International Arts Festival.

You can win a double pass to tomorrow night's show from 8pm by answering this question: Where was William Forsythe born? Send your answers via email or Twitter.

Win with the weather

We're still to name a winner in our competition to pick the first Melbourne spring day over 30 degrees. Yesterday's maximum was 27.5 at 1.31pm.

We're unlikely to get a winner in the next few days, with rain forecast for the rest of the week. But don't forget to check back. The winner gets a swag of prizes, including a backpack, drink bottle and umbrella.

Target word

It's Target word time. Today's letters: R E D E G E L T A.

Send your answers via email or Twitter. We'll print the names of the winners and probably choreograph a special dance in their honour later on.

Yesterday's solution was the rather macabre JUGULATED.

Odd spot

A Peruvian man has reportedly divorced his wife after finding a picture of her with another man on Google Maps. The husband was using Streetview to check the best way to get to a bridge in the capital city, Lima, when he spotted her stroking the hair of a man who was lying with his head in her lap.
