Girls make a mark in Panjab University exams

LUDHIANA: The students of Malwa Central College of Education for Women excelled in BEd and MEd examinations whose results were recently declared by the Panjab University, Chandigarh. Some girls also bagged top university positions.


Rohini Kapoor secured the fourth spot in the university with 1338/1600 marks while Saloni Kapoor stood fifth with 1337/1600 marks in BEd 4th semester results. In BEd 1st semester results, Brahmleen Kaur bagged the fourth position with 379/450 marks. In MEd 2nd semester, Navdeep Kaur (745 marks) secured the 1st position, Alisha Tandon (741 marks) came second, while Shruti Saggar (722 marks) clinched the third position in college.


The girls said they owe their success to the college faculty. Principal Naginder Kaur appreciated the students for the achievements.
