BOSTON - David Pastrnak scored a hat trick, including the 100th goal of his career, to lead the Bruins to an 8-2 win over the Red Wings on Saturday afternoon at TD Garden.

Pastrnak, who has scored at least one goal in four straight games, scored in each period to bring his total to seven goals over five games this season. After scoring the only goal of the first period with 51 seconds remaining, he scored No. 100 by connecting on a power play at 16:20 of the second period, and finished a 2-on-1, give-and-go with linemate Brad Marchand (two assists) 2:05 into the third.

Jake DeBrusk (two), Charlie McAvoy, Anders Bjork and Sean Kuraly all scored their first goals of the season, while Patrice Bergeron contributed three assists, David Krejci reached the 400-assist plateau and Tuukka Rask made 32 saves.
