Nawazuddin Siddiqui opens up about sister's fight against breast cancer

After Sonali Bendre and Ayushmann Khurrana’s wife Tahira Kashyap opened up about their battle against cancer, now actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui too shared how his sister battled against breast cancer. The 'Manto' actor took to social media and said that his sister was diagnosed with advanced stage breast cancer when she was 18. It was her willpower and courage that made her stand against all odds. She is 25 today and still fighting against the disease. He also mentioned the names of the doctors and expressed his gratitude for motivating her. On the work front, Nawazuddin Siddiqui will soon be portraying the role of Bal Thackeray in the upcoming biopic.
