Actor Tanushree Dutta’s lawyer submitted an application to the Oshiwara police on Saturday, seeking the immediate arrest of actor Nana Patekar and others accused in a sexual harassment case filed by her. He also sought a narco analysis test on them.
On October 10, the police filed an FIR against Mr. Patekar, choreographer Ganesh Acharya, producer Samee Siddiqui and director Rakesh Sarang, on a complaint by Ms. Dutta. “The accused are highly influential persons. There is every possibility that they might put pressure on the witnesses who are willing to come forward,” advocate Nitin Satpute said.
