Congress' main plank in the assembly election will be to highlight false promises made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje.

The Congress's campaign committee's strategy will be to expose hallow claims of the BJP government both in state and at Centre. These include claims like depositing Rs 15 lakh in the bank account of every Indian, removing unemployment, bringing back black money etc.

To work on this strategy, the first meeting of the committee is scheduled to be held on October 14 at PCC under the leadership of Congress Campaigning Committee chairman Raghu Sharma. Congress wants to turn the tide in its favour by showing the old videos and newspaper cuttings of the claims made by the BJP government, which have not been fulfilled yet.

During the meeting, Sharma will discuss the roadmap of the campaigning with the members and will take their feedback. In all 33 districts, Congress will send special vehicles this time, which will show the old videos of Modi and Raje along with the plans of the Congress. Apart from this, the old videos will also be shared on social media while using special hashtags. The strategy of the Campaign Committee is also to run separate campaigns for both the urban and rural voters so that the workers can be a part of the campaign conveniently.

The Congress is trying to include high-tech and traditional election manifestations in the campaign so that the party can convey its message to the masses according to the environment and area. Now, it is to be seen how the BJP tackles and responds to the election campaign of Congress.
