While most of our hotels are open, some hotels in the affected areas have sustained damage. Efforts are underway to fully restore operations, but some hotels may have temporary interruption or limited availability of guest services.
Hotels in the impacted area are reviewing their cancellation fees; details may vary by hotel. To modify an existing reservation, please go to Marriott.com, SPG.com, or the Marriott or SPG apps.
Marriott International is supporting the American Red Cross in its efforts to respond to this disaster and provide relief to impacted communities. Members of Marriott Rewards and SPG loyalty programs can also support the American Red Cross by donating points.
