Man dies after worksite incident in Mount Lawley

A man has died after an incident at a Mount Lawley worksite on Thursday afternoon.

Police are investigating circumstances surrounding the man's death after they were called to the site near the intersection of Learoyd Street and Walcott Street just after 2.15pm.

It was quickly the man in his 60s needed urgent medical attention, and he was taken by St John Ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital but later died as a result of his injuries.
