A new highly visual tourism website has been launched by VisitGuernsey to allure the digital traveller to visit Guernsey and the neighbouring islands of Herm, Sark and Alderney.
It will reveal the mesmerizing landscapes of Guernsey through striking photography and video footage. The new website can be accessed in English, with French, German and Dutch sections for tourists to inspire tourist on the lookout for close-to-home island experience.
Users can experience a seamless experience with a new mobile first design, it will include filters along with browser-friendly navigational tools.
There is a new modular landing page which enables browsers to access all aspects of the website from the homepage.
For additional linked content and calls to action one can go to the magazine section earlier known as the ‘blog’. There is also a new postcode –activated nearest departure point map on the website.
Those willing to plan a self-guided walking and cycling routes can avail the self-guided interactive maps.
To further aid journey plans there is also a fully functional integrated bus timetable.
