Odisha Congress opens help cell for cyclone 'Titli'

The Odisha unit of on Wednesday opened a 24-hour emergency cell to help the people likely to be affected by the cyclone 'Titli', which is fast approaching towards the coastal areas of the state.

Odisha Pradesh Committee (OPCC) Niranjan Patnaik, in a release, said the round-the-clock help cell will start functioning for a week from the evening of October 10 till October 16.
